What is included in the cost of the Licence?

Our flexible Licence include the office rental and any agreed monthly additions including office furniture loans etc.

What are the centres opening times or access hours?

24/7. You will have the benefit of access to your office 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What is included in the service charge?

The comprehensive service charge covers all upkeep and maintenance to the building and site including cleaning of all communal areas, communal lighting internally and externally, buildings insurance, CCTV & monitoring, Fire Alarm monitoring, testing and maintenance, all water charges and all other repairs and upkeep to the building.

Are business rates included?

Business rates are not included but all offices here are eligible for 100% small business rate relief (SBRR) meaning no business rates are payable subject to meeting IOW councils criteria.

Are we tied into a long licence or lease?

No, we offer flexible licence terms. Prices quoted are based on a standard 12 month licence with the option to renew or vacate at the end of the term. Discounts or incentives may be available for those wishing to sign longer licence agreements. Our standard agreement is presented in a clear, concise, jargon free document, which is available to view on request. Please note there is no charge to issue a Licence agreement.

What is the length of the contract agreement?

We can be flexible on this but, as an indication, contracts usually run from 12 to 24 months

How quickly can I move in?

Subject to availability, you can move in as quickly as you want.

Can I gain access to the internet?

Internet access/WI Fi is available throughout the building at an additional cost.

What about IT and telecoms?

Your office unit comes with analogue phone lines available for you to select the phone and internet provider of your choice. Mobile signal on all networks is excellent within the premises.

What security measures are in place?

All entrances are secured and accessed by a keypad/fob access system. In addition, we have 24 hour remote CCTV monitoring internally and externally covering both the site and building together with dusk to dawn external security lighting.

How much deposit is required?

We require one months rental as a deposit. This is held and refunded at the expiry of the Licence or lease agreement subject to all keys and security fobs being returned, and less any agreed charges for damages to the office.

How much notice to vacate do you require?

We will require a minimum of 2 month’s notice to vacate.

Do your listed prices include VAT?

No. All prices are plus VAT as we are a VAT registered building.
